How to remove the double chin

Formed by the gill
There are several factors that Gill appears. The most common are:

1 – Genes and inheritance

2 – Loss of elasticity and sagging
Over the years, the skin loses its elasticity and firmness. This causes the skin is accumulated under the chin.

3 – Overweight
The fat is accumulated in all parts including the face.

4 – Solar Damage
The sun’s rays damage the skin and destroy collagen and elastin. This causes the skin to age and begin to hang.

Ways to eliminate double chin
Depending on the case there are several ways to help eliminate or reduce double chin from exercises to surgery.

1 – Slimming
If there is an effective solution is overweight lose weight. Losing body fat is reduced gill. But if you do not want to lose weight there are other options.

2 – Improve posture
Whether sitting or standing have to look that is relaxed jaw and head position. This option is also useful to prevent a double chin.

3 – Exercises to eliminate double chin
Although its effectiveness is somewhat controversial are easy and worth trying if you have a small chin.
