Making your own natural oil massage is easy and economical. Vegetable oils called carrier oils in aromatherapy massage are ideal.
These oils when mixed properly nourish the skin and facilitate the hands from slipping while many residues on the skin or in the savannas.
Recipes for massage oils
- Light oil for body massage
- 4 ounces (120 ml) canola oil (or sunflower)
- 2 ounces (60 ml) of grape seed oil
- Half an ounce of wheat germ oil (15 ml)
- 2 massage oil
- 3 ounces (60 ml) of almond oil
- 3 ounces of sunflower seed oil
- A teaspoon of vitamin E (available in capsules)
You can use oils for massage
You can use pure oils. The most used are: almond oil, sunflower and grape seed.
We can put a few drops of wheat germ oil to enrich and give them a bit more viscosity. The wheat germ oil preserves and gives them a silky coat that feels good on the skin. Another alternative is to put vitamin E.
Giving aroma massage oil
You can use essential oils pure or mixed. Some people use fragrance but it is preferable to use essential oils. Artificial fragrances can cause irritation and allergies.
A natural scent is vanilla and vanilla can be used for cooking.
