Beauty for your skin with fat

16 Jan

Beautiful skin Would you use butter to moisturize your face? There are those who do. Almost all people use cosmetic creams or oils but there are other alternatives.

Butter for the skin
Do you know that shortening is an ingredient used by thousands of women as body lotion or rough areas? There are even those who use it in the face. Not recommended for the face but can be tested in other areas. Shortening is used. The oily skin can be therefore used sparingly. It is ideal for heels, elbows, knees and hands dry.

It helps the skin because it creates a barrier between the skin and the environment causing the skin to retain its own oils. A serious problem when using lard to bring it into contact with clothing is that it is very difficult to wash clothes and if not removed the butter after a while it smells musty.

Vaseline
Acts like the butter creates a protective barrier around the skin. It is ideal for people who practice ski or exposed to cold temperatures or wind. It clogs the pores and therefore should not be used in areas prone to pimples.

It can be used on face and body but there are better options for the face. As a petroleum product not recommended but many doctors do.

Vegetable waxes or butters
There are many like shea, avocado, command and others. They are very effective in protecting the skin and treat dry skin. You can read more in this article: butters for the skin.

Vegetable oil
There are many types of oil such as almond, olive, sunflower and others. Everyone can use on your skin; you can mix with each other to create a better consistency or use cigars.
I know a dermatologist who uses sunflower oil instead of body cream. It can enrich the content by putting a capsule of vitamin E or a little wheat germ oil and must be kept in the refrigerator if the weather is humid.

Mineral oil
It comes from petroleum and has very large molecules that block the pores. It is effective but can cause acne outbreaks in susceptible persons. The baby oil is mineral oil and is usually a cousin of Vaseline. Before many cosmetics contained it but now with the rise of natural products is declining use.
