This Natural Mask for Sensitive Skin is simply wonderful, especially for a skin cracked, sunburned or otherwise irritated. They have to prove it!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain yogurt (preferably fresh from the frigidly)
- 1 / 2 cup oatmeal (any type)
Preparation and use:
- Mix the two ingredients.
- Apply to the skin for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove with a damp cloth and warm (can be in the microwave, but with very careful of over-heat).
Extra Tip: This mask is good for any skin type. If oily skin, you just need to add a few drops of lemon juice and be dry skin, add a couple tablespoons of honey. And presto!
