Natural Mask Yogurt and Honey
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp natural yogurt, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon of liquid honey (if necessary warm it slightly in the microwave).
Preparation and Use:
Combine both ingredients and then apply directly to the face. Leave for 15 minutes and then remove gently with a damp cloth (rinse).
If dry, add a teaspoon of honey and extra if very oily skin, add to the mix a few drops of lime juice.
Natural Mask Yogurt and Oatmeal
Excellent cleaning and rejuvenating the skin!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1 cucharada organic yogurt (unflavored)
- A few drops of honey
Preparation and Use:
In a small bowl, add the yogurt and mix oats, warm and add a few drops of honey. After good emulsifying, apply the mask all over your face and leave for 10 minutes. Finally, rinse with warm water, followed by a warm washcloth.
Apply moisturizer if desired.
